Create an event<\/p>\n<p>2. Add description, location and other details<\/p>\n<p>3. Choose a date and a few time choices<\/p>\n<p>4. You can poll people by email to figure out the best meeting time for the most people.<\/p>\n<p><strong>There are built-in setting you can use:<\/strong><\/p>\n<div>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>Additional ifneedbe answer for busy participants.<\/li>\n<li>Confidential participation: Only you can see the answers.<\/li>\n<li>Participant can only choose one option<\/li>\n<li>By default all options are selectable.
